Great Talk at Baltimore’s Pratt Library

Harold Kwalwasser, October 3, 2012

On September 19th, I spoke at the Enoch Pratt Library in Baltimore, MD, as part of its author’s lecture series.  The link is below.  The discussion is a great introduction to Renewal, Remaking America’s Schools for the 21st Century.  I was honored to be introduced by an old friend, Prof. Larry Gibson, a legal scholar at the University of Maryland Law School, whom I first met in 1995 when he hired me as a consultant for the re-election campaign of then Baltimore Mayor, Kurt Schmoke.  The introduction runs roughly 10 minutes, but then there is a lively discussion of education issues for the next hour and a quarter.  Please enjoy.
